Do you have a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including responsibility for employee relations, performance management, and advising leaders?
Are you able to travel regularly (3–4 days per week) to client sites across Southwestern Ontario and the GTA, with reliable access to transportation?
Do you have at least 3 years of experience leading, coaching, or directly managing HR professionals or consultants?
Do you have experience managing or supporting investigations and employee grievance resolution?
Have you developed or delivered training sessions for managers or staff, either in-person or virtually?
Are you confident leading executive-level discussions, client meetings, and facilitated sessions both virtually and in person?
Do you have experience balancing multiple client-facing priorities, with work intensity that can ebb and flow based on client needs?
Have you ever been responsible for identifying opportunities to expand services, strengthen client relationships, or improve results beyond the original scope of your role?
