As our HRCX Services practice continues to grow, we are seeking a Manager, HRCX Services to lead client delivery, coach and develop a high-impact consulting team, and strengthen long-term client partnerships. This role oversees our HRCX Business Partners and plays a critical role in shaping the quality, consistency, and growth of our HRCX Services offering.

What You’ll Do

Client Leadership & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the senior HR advisor across a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional delivery of fractional HR services.
  • Build trusted, influential relationships with dealership leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead structured client check-ins focused on outcomes, insights, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure clear follow-up, accountability, and value communication after every client interaction.
  • Partner with internal leadership to identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships.
HR Advisory Oversight
  • Provide senior-level guidance on employee relations, investigations, performance management, and complex HR matters.
  • Support national HR initiatives, compliance updates, and organizational rollouts.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality execution of HR policies, programs, and best practices across clients.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive client situations.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of HRCX Business Partners and HR professionals.
  • Set clear expectations, priorities, and KPIs aligned with client deliverables and growth objectives.
  • Conduct regular touchpoints, performance coaching, and in-person site visits to support development.
  • Build team capability in consulting skills, client presence, and business acumen.
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development for the HR Services team.

Growth Mindset & Practice Development

  • Bring a results-driven, growth-oriented mindset to both client work and internal leadership.
  • Share client insights that support innovation, service enhancement, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine HR Services processes, tools, and reporting.
  • Balance hands-on client leadership with strategic thinking to support sustainable growth.

Reporting & Operational Oversight

  • Oversee client reporting, HR KPIs, and insights that demonstrate impact and value.
  • Support time tracking, billable hours oversight, and monthly reporting in collaboration with finance and leadership.
  • Ensure operational discipline while maintaining flexibility to meet evolving client needs.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR management or consulting.
  • 3–5+ years of people leadership experience, ideally within a consulting or multi-client environment.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in fractional HR, consulting, or automotive retail is a strong asset.
  • Confident presence with the ability to influence, coach, and lead across all levels.
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and time-management skills.
  • A growth-driven mindset—you’re motivated by results, accountability, and building something meaningful.
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using digital HR tools and systems.
  • CHRP designation or equivalent is preferred.

Working Hours & Location

  • This role is hybrid, combining work from home with regular on-site client visits (typically 3–4 days per week depending on client needs).
  • Some travel may be required, including occasional out-of-province visits.
  • Flexibility is supported, with responsiveness to client needs as a priority.
